The Higher Ambition Program is for people who have been working hard in their business but are frustrated because it still isn’t doing as well as it could be.

I understand because I was there myself.  I had done everything right, but my business still wasn’t working as well as it could have been.  I’d invested everything into its success, emotionally, physically and spiritually, so I had nothing to else to lose when I put myself on a plane to New York, using even more borrowed funds to get there.  I surrendered in courageous trust and went to sit at the feet of a master, someone I knew had achieved what I wanted to achieve and I was willing to risk everything to learn from him.

As with anything, the answers are quite simple – its getting to the question in the first place that’s the tricky part.

To be honest there were a few technical things I had wrong but the biggest mistake I was making was that I wasn’t creating enough higher ambition for myself or my clients.  Dammit!  After all those years of self growth, I was still playing small.

Creating a higher playing field for yourself and your clients is how you create the business of your dreams.

You see, when you raise people’s ambition, you raise their standards.  When you raise their standards, you inspire them.  Inspiration is one of the most powerful forces on the planet.

But before you crawl up onto the lofty higher ground you seek, you need to find out who your clients really are.

In other words, you have to really understand what their higher ambitions are.  To achieve that, you must take a journey into the sacred depth’s of who you really are.

I find most business owners, no matter which genre they work in, don’t really know why their clients come to them.

They see the symptoms of a problem, but they have never sat down and joined the dots on the clients source problem, which is why they really show up on your doorstep.

People with successful service based businesses know every aspect of their clients makeup and have products and services that don’t just fix an immediate problem, they solve their whole dam life!

One of my gifts has always been the ability to get to the source of a problem.  For seven years I was a forensic business analyst on contract to large corporations.  I would work my way back through the bread trail of accounting muddles and IT nightmares and eventually I’d find the one thing that was out of whack.  Sad thing about corporate was that they ushered me out so fast once the problem was identified that I never got a chance to create an inspiring solution to ensure their problem never happened again.

Times have changed for me and in creating the Higher Ambition Program, we not only dig around and find the source problems, we raise everything up to a new and inspiring level that ensures you not only nail the problem, but create an inspiring solution that will keep on giving.

We will follow a Four Step Process over a twelve week period.

Step 1. Delve

We start with you, delving deep into who you are and your purpose for being here.  This is what I call your “radical potential” – the thing that exists at the root of who you are.

If you don’t know where you are going, how can you expect others to be able to follow you!

Step 2. Raise

We will look at every level of your service delivery and introduce subtle changes that will raise you up to a new level of professionalism.  This is not saying you’re not professional already, but you don’t know what you don’t know until you encounter someone who has been further down a path than you have.

Until I went to New York and spent four days with 350 high flyers, I didn’t realise just how high my business could fly.

I learned more in those four days in New York than I learned in the last 10 years hanging with people at my level.

The raise phase can be a very uncomfortable process because it asks you to recognise all the things you know you “should” be doing but have found a very good reason to put off doing it.

During this phase we will also look at your product funnel and pricing structures, then figure out ways you can package your services and create new revenue streams selling products that you don’t have to be there to deliver once they are created.

3.  Simplify

We will look at ways to simplify your marketing and automate much of what drives you crazy each day.  Things like introducing online booking systems, up front payments for services, bringing your database into an easy to manage system and systemising your offerings so you can be educating and raising the long term awareness of your people, not just “fixing” things in the short term.

4.  Attract

Once you have your message clear and your mindset operating at a new level of ambition, its time to start identifying and attracting your ideal clients.  We will first identify why these people would attract naturally to you, then develop ways you can infiltrate those areas and present yourself fully in your new energy.

This program is for people who are highly driven and want to create a seriously successful business, not a hobby.  It works best for people who have already worked with a solid base of clients and have a reasonably stable business.
